Ruth asks…Can i take superpump 250 with a weight gainer?is it safe to stack a weight gainer and superpump 250(creatine supplement) together? i would take superpump before i lift and the weight gainer after. the weight gainer that i might take is either mass xxx or russian bear 5000. also, does any1 know what gainer is better?admin answers:Correct me if im wrong but I thought superpump was a nitrix oxide blend.
