Your Questions About How Long To Cook Pork Roast
Maria asks…how long should i cook a big roast pork?im having about 9 people for dinner tonight and my fiance decided he wanted pork, so his mum gave me this bigish pork and I dont know how long to cook it. It doesnt have a weight written on it and its too big for my kitchen scales, i dont have any bathroom scales and yeah. Its about the size of a normal sized laptop and at a guess I would say it weighs in between 6&9 kgs... any ideas 9i cant get a thermometer)admin answers:An 18# Pork
