Lizzie asks…How much Mortgage do you predict we could get?My partner and I are starting to save so that we can buy a house in 12 months time. By then our income will be approx £60,000 between us, and we hope to have a £10,000 deposit saved up. Could anyone make a rough prediction of what value mortgage / property we would be able to get?

All of our outstanding debts will be paid off by this point.admin answers:Depends on your other debts but probably about 150k - 180k.Steven
