Mary asks…Best Cardio Routines to Lose Fat & Build Muscle?I am looking for the best cardio routines to help me lose extra fat and build muscle. I am a 20 yr old male, I weight around 175 pounds and I am 6 ft 1 in. I am running between 2-3 miles every other day and then on the days in between I am doing light upper body lifitng. I have also been throwing some swimming in there on the cardio days. Even though I have been working out so much I still have a small stomach around my lower abs.
