The Wrong Diet Plans to Lose Weight Can and Will Sabotage Your Metabolism

The first step to dieting is to reduce calories and the second is to quit eating everything you enjoy, because if you love it, it can’t won't be healthy for you--or so we are supposed to believe!  Along with damaging your ability to enjoy healthy foods, this just makes it more difficult to drop pounds, and is not an actual feature of healthy diet plans to lose weight.
