Donna asks…Is it possible to burn fat, get lean, low body fat (below 10%), just by dieting without exercising?I do not have enough time to do cardiovascular nor weights, I really take care of myself by being careful with what I'm eating but I'm not sure if it's enough in order to be lean, to have a fitness model body type. I can sometimes go to the gym once a week. Please help!!!!!admin answers:If fitness is important to you, then you'll simply HAVE to find time in your busy day to exercise.
