Linda asks…Bodybuilding diet?I am 17 and a 'bodybuilder'.
My workouts are very good but my diet is mixed.
I try and eat healthy all the time but I want MORE.
I recently looked on the internet and saw a bodybuilding diet plan for TOM VENUTO, he was using this diet to lose fat (around 5-7% bodyfat) and also gain muscle.
I copied it and am thinking of sticking to it and see what happens, (I need to be on peak form in a few weeks for an event).
Is it healthy and ok to stick to this diet all year
