For the past 5 weeks, I've ate 1400-1700 calories, averaging about 1600 on ACTIVE days and 1500 on NONACTIVE...AND EVERYTHING!! EVERYTHING i ate was healthy...beans, nuts, olive oil everyday, fermented milk, fruits and veggies at least 3 services a day, 8 cups of water everyday....everything healthy .....
