Sandy asks…Deep frying tips?How can I make my fries nice and crispy out of the fryer? Why can fast food places do it, but I cant? Ive tried making my own fries(slicing up a potato), ive tried store bought frozen fries, but I always get the same soggy fry. I heat the oil to 375 and try not to leave them in too long, what else can I do? Also, if anyone knows of some different stuff to fry, besides chicken, fish, potatoes, and all the other standard deep fried food.
