Age-Related Muscle Changes

One of the hallmark top features of aging may be the lack of muscular mass and strength. Much with this loss may be explained by changes for the system such as decreased variety of motor neurons, decreased quantity of muscle fibers, and decrease muscle fiber size. But you should ask whether these changes are a results of aging or simply a result of a non-active lifestyle.
