Your Questions About Sandbag Training
Chris asks…Anyone know where I can purchase a training sandbag?I want to train abit harder in my workouts. I noticed someone wearing a what look to be a yoga sandbag but instead of one handle it had two handles, so that the indvidual could wear it as a backpack, I really would love to purchase one, but not sure where to get one, does anyone have any idea where I can purchase one?
