Laura asks…Can I Slow-Cook Pork Roast that's been cooked, then frozen?I cooked a shoulder pork roast (picnic cut) last weekend in the stove, ate a few pieces, and froze the rest. I'd like to slow-cook the rest, to make pulled pork sandwiches. Question is: Will this work?! How long, and on what heat? Should I defrost first, or throw it in frozen?
FYI, I'm a slow-cooker newbie - any suggestions appreciated! Thanks.admin answers:Yes I would defrost it first although it's cooked and not 100%
