Your Questions About How Long To Cook Pork Roast
Susan asks…How to cook a 2lb pork pot roast in oven?I am going to cook a 2lb pork pot roast in the oven in a oven bag. I need to know what temprature and how long to cook it making sure its tender. Also I really need to know when i tie the bag do I need to poke holes in it like you do with the turkey bags? Because it will have the seasoning you mix water with.
