John asks…If you want to workout and build muscle...what foods should you eat to help?im starting to work out and ive read online that protein foods and vegetables and fruits are good for you and help, but i was wondering if anyone knew specific foods that i could use on a day to day diet. thanks!admin answers:Just Anything that contains a high percentage of proteins!
