James asks…Total Novice Building Muscle (Without weights)?I have never tried lifting before and never gained muscle before so I am brand new to this.
I am female, 125 pounds and 5' 9.5" tall.
I want to build muscle(not tone) in my thighs, butt, and abs. (I just want to tone the rest of my body.) And, I want to do this without weights!
I don't need just a list of exercises, I need real info that I can go off and start with or a good website, etc.
