Susan asks…Is this correct way to set up a beneficiary and executor to your will?I have my sister-in-law set up as my beneficiary on my life insurance.
I have a Last Will and Testament that states she is also the executor of my will. I did it like this so she would recieve the money, pay my bills as, and divide the remainer between my son and fiance. I wanted a third party to do all of this. Can one person be both beneficiary and executor? Especially if you trust this person explicitly?admin
