Your Questions About No2 Platinum

Chris asks…will this workout help my golf game?mon, wed, fri- 300 push ups, around 100 chin ups, wrist rollers, and around 100 sit ups.

tues, thurs (at the gym) squats, swimming laps, throwing the medicine ball.

not to mention im carrying a tennis ball everywhere i go so i can squeeze it and build up my forearms/wrists, and i do dips whenever i can at work. i usually end up doin 100 a day.

im currently taking no2 platinum and whey protein.

is this a good and benificial workout
