Your Questions About Fitness Models

Steven asks…What is better? More cardio or more weights?Im female 21, 163cm tall, 51.1 kg. I am slim and look fit. But i want to get my muscles showing. I do weights 3 / 4 nights a week and cardio about 6 days a week. But trying to do cardio twice a day and sometimes 3 times a day. What do you think? Im have a lot of ecess fat on my but and arms and little bit on my stomach. I want to get rid of this to eventually do fitness modelling.admin answers:Well I would do both just as seperate times
