Michael asks…Do Christians reject rational explanations in favor of irrational, supernatural explanations for events?Take those “miracle healings” that the lesser folk are wont to believe; most of these tales they tell can be explained rationally, can’t they? Can’t one point out to them how modern medicine saved them, not their imaginary god and can’t one point out that if their god wanted that person to live, then why let them get sick in the first place?
