Richard asks…Food stamps?I live in CA and whenever I go to a grocery store I see people using this EBT Card (food stamps are like plastic now) to buy beer . And I know that in CA this card can have a cash value and also food value. So they use the cash value in buying beer. That is not fair to people who really are way below the income limit amd are struggling but were denied food stamps.
