Lisa asks…I need workout routine to build lean mulscle and get ripped?i am 16 y old and work out 3 times a week last 5 month i gained over 20 pounds and i boddy is not ripped i workout monday wednesday friday and drink 3x whey protein totall FROM whey protein my daily protein is about 200>+ and weight 160
mY workout routine for now is
MOnday Chest back
Wednesday lowerboddy and shoulder
friday bicepts and tricept
Each session is about 90 minutes
