Your Questions About 4x Campus

Paul asks…workout question....feeling discouraged. please help!?My goal is to lose 5-7 lbs of fat this month. I'm not concerned about the actual number on the scale-- I just want to SEE results and look more slim/toned.

I've been running 4x a week. Various days I'll run about 2 miles outdoors (lots of hills) and then others, I will do about 40 minutes on the treadmill running intervals. I've also been doing crunches and lifting 5 lb. weights to tone my arms.
