Robert asks…Exercise and muscle building question?I'm 19 years old, 5'10" and I weigh 12.9stone. So I think I am a bit overweight. I just want some tips on exercise routines and eating plans to help me lose weight and build up some muscle. My main focus would be my stomach, chest and arms. I have free weights and a bench at home which I want to use.
