Laura asks…Should i stick to my muscle building diet 7 days a week?I have just started a strict, high protein muscle building diet this week, however i was wondering if i should continue to eat the same amount on the 3 days that I don't go to the gym? It almost seems as if i should consume less on these rest days, or maybe just eliminate a protein shake???
