Sandy asks…Question for Fitness Models?My question is do you guys jog to get your physique? I mean i heard jogging burns upper body muscle and i know you need a lot of that to be a fitness model so, is hour-long cardio at a slow pace ok?

ok, i weight-train 7 times a week, and jog like that 5-6 times a week.
