Joseph asks…how long to cook a pork sirloin roast?I have a 1.5 lb pork roast . I was planning on searing it first then putting it in a dish with a tight lid and braising it. how long do you think it will take?
also I plan on cooking it to 150 degrees. the standard is 145 but I think that is a bit rare for pork.
