So for summer i want to lose some fat on my stomach and my thighs but running a mile everyday. First of all is this the right exercise/amount of exercise I should be doing to lose fat on my stomach and thighs? Secondly, I want to lose fat from my thighs but I don't want to get big muscular thighs I want skinny ones. How can I prevent the muscle gain and lose the fat?
instead of running, walk like 4 miles a day. Fat loss is a less intense and longer workout, and muscle gain is heavy lifting.
