Shoulder Stabilizing Exercises - Reduce Injuries with innies and outies

These small stablilizing muscles are important to keep strong to prevent injuries in the weight room and in everyday life. These muscles are tinsy and you will be using tinsy weights when you do these exercises. Start out with 2 or 5lbs. Doing too much weight on these will cause a serious injury that only surgery will fix so use light weights and use flawless form.
