Betty asks…what is the best recovery time between workouts for bodybuilding?hi im workin on puttin on some seriouse muscle but ive been workin the same muscle every other day and i was told at my gym if i give it more time il get even more results. how much time should i wait before workin the same muscle again?..admin answers:Try this:
