Paul asks…workout plans????????????????????????????????????ok so for starters im 13. im around 109pounds and im 5'4. i have a little muscle on my arms and on my stomach u can feel the pecks but u cant see them. and im going going on vacation in 3 months and ill be at the beach most of the time. so any workout plans to get a nice body? thanks in advance!admin answers:You are only 13, so you shouldn't start lifting weights yet.
