Your Questions About Free Muscle Building Diet Plan

Susan asks…Is this a good weight lifting diet?I am starting to weight lift again after a six month hiatus due to an injury. While I was recovering I did a lot of research in terms of exercises and dieting in order to achieve the best results. After a lot of research I came up with a muscle building diet plan and now I want to get some feed back on it from body builders. So here is my diet and the break down for it. Let me know what you guys think.
