George asks…I am trying to get a six pack. I'm am 14 years old and I weight about 135 pounds. My body type is average.I am playing football as a freshman in HS. On occasion, I will eat grapes or apples during the day and i don't drink any pop. I don't really eat healthy at all. But, could I still workout alot and still get a six-pack? Do cardio exercises really work?(running,swimming,walking,riding bike). Also, do the videos on youtube like the one that has the title Ab Workout(six pack abs)
