Mandy asks…Building lean muscle mass on a budget and w/food allergies?Any tips on foods to build lean muscle mass for someone who can't afford crazy supplements and has allergies to whey and cow's milk? I take soy protein w/goat's milk, eat lots of eggs, fish, nuts, etc, and lift weights 3-4 times a week.
