Jenny asks…does any one know how long to cook a pork shoulder butt roast that weighs 16lb? I am cooking it in the oven.?admin answers:30 minutes per pound at 350F, so 8 hours and 15 minutes(preheat time) total, I would cover it loosely with foil for some of that time.
