Thomas asks…What does Clinton have to do/win to be the democratic candidate?I don't know how the elections are based, but I was wondering if and when we will know who the democratic candidate is? Also how do they decide who it is? What does Clinton have to do to be the democratic candidate?admin answers:Since neither Democratic candidate will have the required delegates to win the nomination (counting FL & MI or not), the super delegates will make the decision at the convention.
