Susan asks…Why does my iPOD Touch album artwork vanish?I bought a brand new ipod touch and tried adding songs to it. I very diligently added the artwork to my albums. Everything was successfully syncd to my ipod touch but after 2 days some of the artwork thumbnails vanished but then when I played the song, it did display the artwork. In some other cases, the thumbnails display correctly but when I click on the song to play, the artwork does not come up. This is extremely strange. Please
