Your Questions About Build Lean Muscle

Donald asks…Is two days at the gym enough to build lean muscle?I want/need to build lean muscle but I only have two days a week I could schedule to spend at the gym. most programs recommend 3-5 days. If I work really hard those two days (tuesdays and thursdays) would it be enough to gain muscle?admin answers:No....at least 3 to 5 and with the proper diet to match.
