Carol asks…How to evaluate a potential roofing company?I live in Massachusetts, and I need a new roof on my house. We called several roofers in our local town paper. Only one responded. He prepared what (to my eye) appears to be a professional estimate. He presents well (young guy, moved here from Spain after marrying an American girl). Very personable, patient, able to explain. But, he is clearly a "mom and pop" roofer. How can I tell if he's legit? Should I go with him or with one
