Susan asks…How often and for how long should I water my lawn?I have sprinlkers and have had them on for watering at 4am for 15 minutes and 7pm for 15 minutes, but my lawn is starting to brown in some areas....
I live in Rhode Island.admin answers:First, make sure that the sprinklers hit all areas of the yard. 15-20 minutes a day should be plenty of water per day. 4am is a great time, keep with that. You may even want to cut out your evening watering. Too much watering could get you grubs.
