What is the fastest possible way to build muscle?

Is there a certain intensity/length of a workout I should do? I want to build as much muscle as possible, what type of exercises should I do? With proper nutrition how much muscle can I build in a few months?

If you are consistent with your workout then you should see an improvement. You also have to get your body to absorb as much protein as possible normally at least 2 grams per 1 pound of body weight that you have.
