Body buidling\Workout tranformation Bicep and Tricep routine

Here is my bicep and tricep routine. It is what has worked for me and i am not in any way saying that its the best workout. Feel free to give it a try and see how it works for you.

This is my day 1 out of 4 which consists of:
- Hammer twist curls
- Tricep pull backs
- Seated curls
- Overhead tricep lifts
- Ez bar curls
- Skull crushers
- Tricep bar curls
